DAMAGE RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Damage / Return Policy
We advise our customers to inspect the furniture carefully for damages before sign the delivery order. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defect e.g knocks, dent or cracks, inform us immediately at 012-9629204 / 09-2663655 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In rare cases where product have minor scratches and dents, we will be touched up, repaired or replaced.
Currently we do not accept refund request for actual product colour and product photo colour different except it is totally different product ( For example you have order coffee table , but we sending console table ). Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. ( Please believe in us that we have try our best to take best shoot of the actual product photo to make sure you get what you see)
Send your item back in the condition you received them within 7 or 14 calendar days, for a full refund or replace. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.
